Sree Mridangasaileswari Devaswom is a Public Religious Institution coming under the purview of Madras HR & CE Act XIX of 1951 and coming under the jurisdiction and control of the erstwhile Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (Administration) Department, Kozhikode. The HR & CE Dept has framed a Scheme for the administration of the temple in 1991 and an Executive officer from Dept appointed to the temple. The HR & CE dept under the Govt of Kerala has been replaced and the Malabar Devaswom Board came into 2008. Now this Devaswom is coming under the Malabar Devaswom Board, Kozhikode, Govt of kerala.

The Executive Authority of this Institution is the Executive officer. Executive officer is the competent authority to Operate the accounts on behalf of Sree mridangasaileswari Devaswom. He is the proper person to sue or to be sued on behalf of the temple.

Your privacy is important to us. The customer details collected from the devotees (as listed in the online booking page), are only for the purpose of doing pooja and for sending prasadams. The data will not be shared with any other agency for any other purposes.

The temple is not collecting or storing the card details of the customers in the server. It is used only for the purpose of doing amount transaction by the payment gateway.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of the bookings done through the online booking site will not be allowed under any circumstance.


Return & Refund Policy

Due to any unforeseen reasons or due to reasons beyond the control of Devaswom if the vazhipadu cannot be conducted, the amount remitted by the devotee will not be refunded.

Once the devotee offers the vazhipadu to the Deity, the offerings so made through the online facility is accepted by Devaswom, it is a non-reclaimable transfer to Sree Mridangasaileswari and the devotee is not entitled to any claim for the payments so made through the online booking portal.


Shipping & Delivery Policy

If the devotee chooses the option to receive Prasadam via post, only Sindooram will be sent by ordinary post by Indian Postal Service in India and abroad, in the address furnished at the site by the devotee. Devaswom will not be responsible for any delivery failures.Prasadam will send with in 15 working days after performing pooja

The devotee agrees to provide current, complete and accurate registration information while booking the online vazhipadu. Devaswom shall not be responsible if the information provided by the devotee is wrong or pertains to a third party.
